I have to say that Sage Day Spa in Rexburg is excellent. They have a featured flavor that is used in all their products (i.e. foot scrubs, lotions, candles) and it changes regularly!
BYU-Idaho is my favourite place in Rexburg. I also love WINCO!
I've told you before, but Bambino's are the best(I don't know if that is tha actual name of the place or the pizza) but it must me good because I think about it A LOT. Have you had one yet?
Big Jud's Restaurant in Archer. Definitely a unique and fun place to take the kids for the plate size hamburgers, homemade fries, and huge ice cream cones.
Heise hot springs...I have to say it is smelly and small, but my best memories as a kid come from swimming there on cold winter nights with the family followed by pizza over at Heise Pizza. (As a mom, I love how my skin feels--not smells--when I come home)
When I was little, my grandma would always take me to the Tautphaus Park amusement park -- it has a wicked sweet mini golf course :)
I know it sounds odd, but my it is my cousin's favorite place - they go there for dates (the live in Pocatello) I haven't been there - but they love it.

I have to agree that Big Jud's is amazing. As for Grandpa's, I've been there and wasn't impressed. It did come highly reccommended though. Their greens were great, but that's about all that was good. I also love WinCo.
